J&T Express’ terminal express delivery services are now available in 13 countries across Asia, Middle East, North Africa, and South America, including Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, Cambodia, Singapore, China, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Mexico, Brazil, and Egypt. 

Since its launch in Thailand in March 2019, J&T Express has quickly grown into a trusted delivery service provider covering 928 districts in 77 provinces, including remote areas. Through its 100,000 square meters gateway centre with the latest automatic sorting technology, which is J&T Express Thailand’s largest gateway, the brand achieved an increase of 25% in parcel volume and a 19% improvement in service efficiency year-over-year in 2022. In February 2023, the brand saw a remarkable increase of 50% in parcel volume compared to the previous year. Recently, J&T Express announced Lionel Messi as the first global brand ambassador, which will elevate the brand's popularity and promote greater awareness of J&T's offerings as it seeks to contribute to the transformation of the logistic service value chain.
