Generali Thailand, led by top executives, hosted a year-end TOWN HALL meeting with the theme 'Empower the Hero Inside You.' The objective was to strengthen employees and update strategies, emphasizing on three pillars: PEOPLE EMPOWERMENT, focusing on staff development; CUSTOMER FIRST, prioritizing the importance of customers as the top priority; and STRENGTHEN DISTRIBUTION, aiming to boost sales channels. The aim is to drive sustainable business growth in line with the core principle of Lifetime Partner 24: Driving Growth.
During the event, the management team provided operational direction to employees across various dimensions. Mr. Arsh Kaumi, Country Manager and CEO of Generali Thailand, initiated discussions on applying ESG concepts to ensure sustainable growth. This involves prioritizing ESG concepts, covering three aspects: Environment – promoting digital platforms to reduce paper use, supporting work-from-home policies, and implementing waste separation initiatives; Social – designing health insurance and policies for older adults, using language accessible to many (B1 level), and supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI); and Governance – ensuring good corporate governance and fair supervision of services provided to customers.
Ms. Chorfa Yuktanun, Chief Marketing and Customer Officer of Generali Thailand, introduced customer management strategies focused on CUSTOMER FIRST to ensure a positive experience throughout the entire service process. These strategies involve four critical approaches: CUSTOMER PITCH, crafting targeted questions for effective product and service presentation; CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, shaping post-sales interactions to boost overall satisfaction; CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT, encouraging active participation and fostering lasting brand connections; and CUSTOMER VOICE, actively listening to customer opinions for ongoing service improvement.
Lastly, Ms. Saifon Khongjitngam, Chief Human Capital Officer of Generali Thailand, presented employee welfare policies designed to adapt to changing social trends. The goal is to make Generali a great workplace, especially for young people. By understanding employee needs, with believes that a happy workforce leads to organizational success. The company provides extensive benefits, including maternity leave for both parents and marital leave for all genders. This commitment reflects a focus on improving employees' quality of life and well-being.
In addition, special certificates were awarded to recognize and appreciate employees and teams for their dedicated efforts and results, highlighting their significance as a driving force and role models for organizational growth.
